About Us

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization staffed primarily by volunteers. The foundation was started by Jeff and Misty McAfee of Warner Robins, GA as a way to memorialize their daughter, Joanna Rae McAfee who died of a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer, and to help other kids stricken with  cancer.

We rely on individual donations, company and corporate sponsorships, grassroots fundraisers, combined giving programs, and Joanna Tag” sales to fund our mission.
